These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all players ("you") using the b8ny platform (also referred to as the "Service").

Deposits

Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks
  • Withdrawal processing time — within 30 minutes to 3 hours
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals are only available once the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
Processing times are based on Myanmar Time (MMT, UTC+6:30). Delays may occur on bank holidays or due to connectivity issues, but we will process your request as quickly as possible.

Section 4 — Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to 300,000 Ks. To withdraw your bonus and any winnings from it, you must meet a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 10.

  • Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → balance becomes 40,000 Ks → you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks before withdrawing.
  • Example 2 — Deposit 620,000 Ks → receive 300,000 Ks bonus → balance becomes 920,000 Ks → you must wager 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks before withdrawing.

General Bonus Terms

  • The specific terms for each bonus can be found on the promotions page.
  • Bonus funds and any winnings from them can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Each bonus is available to a player once only — claims made through duplicate accounts will be voided.
  • Check the betting restrictions and odds conditions at the time you claim a bonus.
  • b8ny reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

VIP Player Level Rewards

The b8ny VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

To move up a tier, players must show consistent and active play. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and the terms are subject to change.

Section 5 — Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

We require all players on our platform to follow fair and honest play standards.

Prohibited Actions

Bonus Abuse (playing in ways designed to exploit bonuses or manipulate the system), use of bots, hacking, switching accounts mid-game, and fraudulent financial transactions are strictly prohibited. If any of these activities are detected, the account will be suspended and all game results and bonuses will be voided.

Anti-Money Laundering

b8ny strictly enforces its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. If suspicious transactions are detected, withdrawals will be restricted and an investigation will be carried out.

Section 6 — Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

Service Copyright

All designs, logos, graphics, software code, and advertising and promotional content on the b8ny website are the intellectual property of b8ny. Copying, distributing, or modifying any of these without permission is strictly prohibited.

Player-Submitted Content

Feedback sent to customer support or actions taken through promotions are considered to grant b8ny permission to reuse that content for promotional purposes.
