Account Security Tips
Follow these steps to keep your account secure.
Use a strong password
Mix uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Don't use your birthday or phone number. It should be at least 8 characters long.
Log in from your own device only
Avoid logging in over public WiFi or on someone else's device whenever possible. Log out after every session — leaving yourself logged in lets others access your account.
Watch out for phishing links
Only access b8ny through the official address. If you receive a message with an unknown link asking you to log in, don't click it — contact Support immediately.
Never share your password
The b8ny Support team will never ask for your password. Don't tell anyone — not friends, not family.
Double-check your payments
Take a screenshot of the transaction after depositing. If you run into an unresolved issue, contact 24/7 Live Chat with the screenshot attached.
Try logging in again right away
If you have trouble logging in, clear your browser cache and try again. If that doesn't work, contact Support — available 24/7 in Burmese.
Common Login Issues and How to Fix Them
Login problems can happen on any online platform. Here are the most common issues on b8ny and how to resolve them.
"Incorrect password" message showing
Turn off Caps Lock and try again. If it fails a second time, read "How to recover your password" in the FAQ or contact Support.
Account suspended / locked
Too many failed login attempts can trigger a temporary lock. Contact 24/7 Live Chat and complete identity verification to unlock your account.
Page won't load / showing an error
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Also check your mobile data and WiFi connection. If the problem continues, try a different browser.
SMS verification code not received
Check that the registered phone number is correct. If your signal is weak, switch to WiFi and try again. Even if a countdown timer is showing for the next code, you can still contact Support.
